At My Table (2023)
“I was lucky enough to work with Gee on an editorial photoshoot for LUCY’S Magazine. Gee approached pre-production with creativity and certainty. Her research was thorough and she made sure every detail was contextual to create a vivid and expansive brief. There is an instinct that Gee has for creative direction that can’t be taught. On the day of the shoot, Gee was present and hands-on. She was able to work with the time and space constraints, creating an editorial that felt elevated and bold. Gee is clearly influenced by the worlds of art and gastronomy which brings a soulfulness to her creative direction that is often lacking by others. I would jump at the chance to work with Gee again.” - Esme Buxton (Photographer)
